The results are immediately noticeable after the procedure. As the edema decreases, the body shape becomes more pronounced within 1 – 3 months. Permanent results are obtained. Its effect lasts for many years with weight control.

What is Liposuction?

Liposuction is the process of vacuuming and removing excess fat tissues accumulated in various parts of the body with the help of thin cannulas. It is applied for body shaping purposes, not for weight loss. In other words, it is preferred for individuals close to their ideal weight to correct contours and give an aesthetic appearance.

Application Methods

1. Classic Liposuction

It is the most traditional method. Fat tissue is vacuumed and removed with thin cannulas placed through small incisions.

The fat tissue is liquefied with ultrasonic energy and then removed. It is effective in defining muscle lines. It provides a shorter recovery period with less bleeding and bruising.

  • Rarely subcutaneous fluid accumulation (seroma)

All these risks can be minimized with an experienced surgeon and the right technique.
