Breast Lift

Timeless Aesthetics: Firmer and Younger-Looking Breasts
Time, childbirth, breastfeeding, gravity, and weight changes… All of these can cause loosening and sagging in the breast tissue. Breast lift surgery is a surgical procedure that reshapes sagging breasts, giving them a firmer, younger, and more aesthetic appearance. As Op. Dr. Şener Küçük, I offer natural and lasting results with a special plan for each of my patients.
Treatment Process
It is performed under general anesthesia. It takes approximately 2–3 hours. Sagging breast tissue is reshaped. Excess skin is removed, and the nipple is brought to the ideal position. It can be combined with silicone prosthesis if necessary. It is closed with aesthetic stitches. A 1-night hospital stay is recommended. A special bra is used for 4–6 weeks.
Duration of Effect
The results are immediately noticeable after the operation. A natural form is achieved in 1–2 months as the edema subsides. It is a permanent procedure. Sagging may redevelop over time as a result of childbirth, breastfeeding, and significant weight changes.
Application Areas
Sagging breasts after breastfeeding. Loss of volume and firmness after weight loss. Age-related breast sagging. Asymmetrical or low nipple position. Those who want a firmer, more aesthetic, and younger breast appearance.
Advantages
Natural and firm breast appearance. Symmetrical and proportional breast structure. More aesthetic appearance in clothes. Permanent results that increase self-confidence. Can be combined with volume augmentation if necessary (silicone + lift)
What is a Breast Lift?
Breast lift, also known as mastopexy, is a surgical procedure that eliminates sagging of the breast and brings it to an upright position. During this procedure, excess skin is removed, breast tissue is reshaped, and the nipple is moved upwards. If necessary, a silicone prosthesis can also be applied to increase breast volume.
Who is it Suitable for?
Women who experience the following complaints are suitable candidates for a breast lift:
If the nipples are pointing downwards or have descended below the inframammary fold
If there is volume loss and sagging in the breasts
If sagging has developed after childbirth, breastfeeding, or weight loss
If a younger, more dynamic, and upright appearance is desired
If there is asymmetry in the breasts
If the general health condition is suitable for surgery
Pre-Surgery Process
The patient’s breasts are evaluated in detail
Breast measurements, degree of sagging, and skin quality are analyzed
The ideal position of the nipple is determined
Silicone prosthesis planning can be done if necessary
Mammography or ultrasonography may be requested
Blood tests are performed to check suitability for anesthesia
Surgery Details

Anesthesia: General anesthesia
Incision: May be around the nipple, in a vertical line, or in an inverted T shape

Recovery Process
Mild pain, bruising, and swelling are normal in the first few days

Breast Lift and Silicone Prosthesis
In some patients, breast tissue may be insufficient. In this case, a lift alone will not bring the breast to the desired fullness. In such cases, the breast lift procedure can be applied in combination with breast augmentation (silicone prosthesis). Thus, both a firm and full breast appearance is achieved.

Shape changes may occur after pregnancy, breastfeeding, and weight gain
Results last for years depending on individual skin structure and lifestyle
Results are followed up with check-ups
