Modern Solutions for Aesthetics, Naturalness, and Self-Confidence
Breast augmentation surgery is a surgical procedure that aims to achieve a more aesthetic and proportionate body appearance by increasing breast volume. This procedure, which allows women to feel more self-confident, is among the most preferred operations of aesthetic surgery. As Op. Dr. Şener Küçük, I achieve natural and permanent results by offering the most suitable solutions to my patients’ expectations and body structures.
Treatment Process
Applied under general anesthesia. It takes approximately 1–2 hours. Prosthesis (silicone) is placed under the muscle, over the muscle, or as a dual plane. The incision scar is hidden under the breast, around the nipple, or in the armpit. Hospital stay is recommended on the same day or for 1 night. Special bra use is required for 4–6 weeks.
Duration of Effect
The results are immediately observed after the procedure. It regains its natural form within 1–2 months as the edema decreases. The implants used are long-lasting. The duration of permanence varies depending on lifestyle and prosthesis type.
Application Areas
Congenital small breast volume. Volume loss after pregnancy and breastfeeding. Breast reduction due to weight loss. Asymmetrical breast structure. Desire for a more full and shapely breast appearance aesthetically.
Advantages
Full and aesthetic breast appearance proportionate to body lines. Freedom and comfort in clothing selection. Permanent results that increase self-confidence. High-quality implant options that are close to the natural touch feeling. Results compatible with face and body ratio with personalized planning.
What is Breast Augmentation Surgery?
Breast augmentation is an aesthetic operation applied to increase the volume of the breasts and make their shapes fuller. It is usually done using silicone breast implants. In some cases, breast volume can be increased with the person’s own fat (fat transfer).
This operation can be performed not only for aesthetic concerns but also for congenital breast smallness, asymmetry, developmental disorders, or reconstruction after previous surgeries.

It is the most frequently used method. Prostheses can be in various shapes, sizes, and structures:

Under the muscle or over the muscle placement
Prosthesis placement sites: under the breast fold, around the nipple, or armpit
2. Breast Augmentation with Fat Injection
The fat tissue taken from the patient’s abdomen, waist, or thigh area is purified and injected into the breasts. It is generally suitable for people who want a natural look and do not want prostheses.
